
Private cooking classes with an Italian executive chef

Chef Tayu has worked in restaurants across Italy and France. For six years, he developed and ran his own concept in Florence: a private penthouse above the Ponte Vecchio transformed into an intimate culinary atelier. By day, he hosted immersive cooking classes; by night, he served refined, elegant dinners in collaboration with the city’s leading five-star hotels.



We offer authentic Italian cooking classes with a strong focus on fresh handmade pasta. Each experience explores traditional Italian cuisine, from classic pasta shapes and fillings to proteins, bread and focaccia baking, and iconic Italian desserts. Classes can be customized based on guests’ interests and skill level.
